التدخلات الأسرية التي تؤدي إلى الحد من بعض اضطرابات التواصل لدى الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من وجهة نظر أخصائيي التخاطب بمدينة مكة المكرمة

Abstract: The present study aims to identify the salient family interventions that potentially reduce some of the communication disorders among students with Intellectual disabilities from the perspective of Speech Therapists in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire consisting of three sections and 25 items was developed to achieve the study objectives. The questionnaire was developed based on educational literature and consists of three sections namely, family interventions related to diagnosis and evaluation, family interventions related to designing and implementing individual educational plan and family interventions related to assessing individual educational plan and its implementation. The results of the study show that all sections of the questionnaire (i.e. family interventions related to evaluating educational plan and its implementation, family interventions related to evaluation and diagnosis, family interventions related to developing and implementing individual educational plan) respectively. The results also indicates that there are no statistically significant differences among work experience, gender and educational qualification of Speech Therapists in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Based on these results, the study makes the following recommendations: giving attention to the perspective of Speech therapists on family interventions that potentially reduce some of the communication disorders among students with intellectual disabilities and engage families of these students; conducting training courses for families of these students on how to engage families in the programs provided to their children; building community partnership that can achieve 2030 vision of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرُّف على أبرز التدخلات الأسرية التي تؤدي إلى الحد من بعض اضطرابات التواصل لدى الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من وجهة نظر أخصائيي التخاطب بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستبانة تكونت من (25) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث محاور تقيس أبرز الأشكال التي ورد ذكرها في الأدب التربوي كأنواع للتدخلات الأسرية، وهي: ( التدخلات الأسرية المرتبطة بعمليتي التقييم والتشخيص، والتدخلات الأسرية المرتبطة بعمليتي تصميم وتنفيذ الخطة التربوية الفردية، والتدخلات الأسرية المرتبطة بعمليتي تقويم الخطة التربوية الفردية ومتابعة نتائجها بعد تنفيذها)، وتمت الإجابة عليها من قبل أخصائيي التخاطب والبالغ عددهم (30) أخصائيًا وأخصائية. وأظهرت النتائج درجة مرتفعة لجميع محاور التدخلات الأسرية مرتبة تنازلياً على النحو التالي: (التدخلات الأسرية المرتبطة بعمليتي تقويم الخطة التربوية الفردية ومتابعة نتائجها بعد تنفيذها، تليها المرتبطة بعمليتي التقييم والتشخيص، ثم المرتبطة بعمليتي تصميم وتنفيذ الخطة التربوية الفردية). كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، ومتغير الجنس، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي لأخصائيي التخاطب بمدينة مكة المكرمة. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أبرزها: الاهتمام بوجهات نظر أخصائيي التخاطب حول أبرز التدخلات الأسرية التي قد تؤدي إلى التقليل من شدة بعض اضطرابات التواصل للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية ومحاولة تطبيقها مع أسر الطلبة، وعقد دورات تدريبية للأسر حول كيفية التعامل مع مشكلات التواصل التي يعاني منها أبناؤهم، وعقد دورات تدريبية مكثفة لأخصائيي التخاطب حول كيفية تفعيل عملية اشراك الاسرة في البرامج المقدمة للطلبة؛ لبناء شراكة مجتمعية بما يتوافق مع تحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030.
