تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري مدارس البادية الوسطى الأردنية في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري مدارس الثانوية في البادية الوسطى الأردنية في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية في البادية الوسطى الأردنية وعددهم (70) مدير ومديرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (33) مديرا و (31) مديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية وتم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (49) فقره مقسمة إلى (5) مجالات وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير أداء المديرين لتحقيق أهداف التطوير في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود معوقات تحول دون تطور أداء المديرين. وقد أشار الباحث إلى تصور مقترح للتطوير في ضوء مجالات ومتطلبات التطوير. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المدرسية، تطوير الأداء، الاتجاهات المعاصرة.

The aim of this study was to propose perception to develop the principals performance in Jordanian Central Badia High school in light of contemporary trends. The study based on the description approach the study was based on the descriptive method.The study population was composed of (70) principals which account for all the principals of secondary schoolsof the Jordanian Central Badia.The study sample consist of (33) male principals and (31) female principals.This sample was chosen randomly. A survey was conducted that consisted of (49) sections.The study concluded the need to improve the performance of the principals in order to achieve the goals of contemporary development.The study also showed the presence of obstacles that prevent the improvement of the principals. A development strategy was proposed by researcher in light of some contemporary trends. Keywords: Performance development, Contemporary trends, School management.
