دور الإذاعة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى طلبة مدارس محافظة عجلون من وجهه نظر معلميهم

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإذاعة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى طلبة مدارس محافظة عجلون من وجهه نظر معلميهم، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات مدارس محافظة عجلون في المدارس الحكومية والبالغ عددهم (2734) معلما ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (234) معلماً ومعلمةً تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث استبانة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها تم توزيعها على أفراد العينة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2018/2019. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للإذاعة المدرسية دور كبير في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى طلبة مدارس محافظة عجلون من وجهه نظر معلميهم، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق إحصائية لدور الإذاعة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى طلبة مدارس محافظة عجلون من وجهه نظر معلميهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيا في دور الاذاعة المدرسية في تعزيز  الانتماء الوطني تبعا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي أو الخبرة او مستوى المدرسة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية توثيق الصلة بين المدارس وبعض مؤسسات الإعلام عن طريق التواصل معهم ، وضع حوافز مادية ومعنوية لمشرفي الإذاعة المدرسية والمشاركين فيها لتشجيعهم على زيادة برامج الإذاعة المدرسية وفقراتها التي تسهم في تنمية الانتماء الوطني. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإذاعة المدرسية، الانتماء الوطني، مدارس محافظة عجلون.

This study amide to investigating the role of school broadcasting in reinforcing and increasing the patriotism of the students of Ajloun school from the Point of their teachers , The researcher has used the analytical and descriptive approach , The sample of the study contained the male and female teachers in the schools of Ajloun governorate, The number of the teachers in educational directorate in Ajloun is (2734). The sample of the study has (234) teachers who were chosen by simple randomly way to touch the aim of the study. The results of the study showed that school radio has a major role in enhancing national affiliation among students of Ajloun schools, and that there are statistical differences for the role of school broadcasting in promoting national affiliation among students of Ajloun governorate schools due to the gender variable, while there  are no significant differences appeared Statistically in the role of school broadcasting in enhancing national affiliation according to the variables of the educational qualification, experience or school level, . In light of these results, the study recommended the importance of strengthening the link between schools and some media institutions by communicating with them, setting material and moral incentives for radio broadcast supervisors Dersah and participants to encourage them to increase radio programs and school that contribute to the paragraphs of the development of national belonging.
