دور التقنيات التربوية في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب دراسة مسحية على معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بمدارس التعليم العام بشرق مدينة الرياض

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور التقنيات التربوية في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج المسحي في الدراسة كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (100) معلمة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بشرق مدينة الرياض تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي بتخصصات مختلفة ومن النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة بمتوسط عام (3.93) على عبارات محور دور الإدارة المدرسية في توظيف التقنيات التربوية الحديثة بمتوسط يشير إلى درجة موافق كما جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على عبارات محور المعوقات التي تحد من دور الإدارة المدرسية في توظيف التقنيات التربوية الحديثة بمتوسط عام (3.49) يشير إلى درجة موافق كما جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على عبارات محور أثر استخدام التقنيات التربوية الحديثة على التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب بمتوسط عام (4.35) يشير إلى درجة موافق بشدة وقد أوصت الباحثة بأنه يجب على القيادات التربوية بإدارات التدريب ومراكز التقنيات التربوية الاهتمام بتدريب المعلمات في مجال استخدام التقنيات التربوية الحديثة، وعلى قادة المدارس توجيه المعلمات نحو توظيف التقنيات التربوية الحديثة من خلال استخدام الحاسب الآلي في التدريس ومحاسبة المعلمات المقصرات في استخدام التقنيات التربوية الحديثة، وعلى القيادات التربوية في إدارة التربية والتعليم العمل إزالة المعوقات التي تحد من دور الإدارة المدرسية في توظيف التقنيات التربوية الحديثة، وعلى القيادات التربوية بإدارات التعليم دعم الإدارة المدرسية لمواجهة ارتفاع تكاليف استخدام بعض التقنيات التربوية الحديثة.  الكلمات المفتاحية: التقنيات التربوية – تحسين – التحصيل الدراسي – الطلاب.

The aim of the research was to identify the role of educational techniques in improving student achievement. The researcher used the survey method in the study. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study. The study sample consisted of 100 teachers in middle schools in eastern Riyadh. Study The responses of the members of the study sample at an average of (3.93) on the terms of the axis of the role of the school administration in the employment of modern educational techniques with an average indicating the degree of approval.
