فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا ومعوقاته من وجهة نظر معلمي البادية الشمالية الشرقية في الأردن

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of e-learning and distance learning in light of the spread of the Corona virus pandemic from the point of view of teachers in the northeastern Badia in Jordan. And a teacher in the North Eastern Badia Education Directorate who taught during the period of the spread of the Corona virus with the e-learning system. The results of the study revealed that the study sample’s evaluation of the effectiveness of e-learning and distance learning in light of the spread of the Corona virus pandemic, from their point of view, the field of student interaction in the use of distance e-learning obtained a total average (2.47 out of 5), i.e. a (weak) degree The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05) between the sample estimates according to the gender variable and in favor of males; While there were no significant differences depending on the two variables (the educational qualification – the type of study) and based on the results, the researcher recommended holding training courses in the field of e-learning for both teachers and students and to help get rid of all the obstacles that prevent benefiting from the followed e-learning system, and the need to integrate education Face and e-learning in educational institutions in the future. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني والتعلم عن بعد في ظل انتشار جائحة فيروس كورونا من وجهة نظر المعلمين بالبادية الشمالية الشرقية في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة بلغت (329) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الشرقية ممن قاموا بالتدريس خلال فترة انتشار فيروس كورونا بنظام التعليم الإلكتروني. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم عينة الدراسة لفاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني والتعلم عن بعد في ظل انتشار جائحة فيروس كورونا من وجهة نظرهم حصل مجال تفاعل الطلبة في استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد على متوسط كلي (2.47من 5)، أي بدرجة (ضعيفة)، وحصل مجال معيقات التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد على متوسط كلي (2.35من 5) بتقدير (ضعيف)، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α)بين تقديرات العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور؛ فيما لم تظهر أي فروق دالة تبعا لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي – نوع الدراسة) واسنادا للنتائج أوصت الباحثة بعقد دورات تدريبية في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني لكل من المعلمين والطلبة والمساعدة في التخلص من كافة المعيقات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من نظام التعليم الإلكتروني المتبع، وضرورة الدمج بين التعليم الوجاهي والتعليم الإلكتروني في المؤسسات التعليمية مستقبلاً. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم الإلكتروني، التعلم عن بعد، فيروس كورونا، منطقة البادية الشمالية الشرقية.
