أثر توظيف التعليم عن بُعد على استدامة التعليم في ظل أزمة كورونا في المدارس الخاصة القطريّة: دراسة مسحيّة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء

The research aimed to know the effect of employing distance education (Online education) on the sustainability of education in light of the Corona crisis, in addition to define the challenges of employing the distance education (Online education) in Qatari private schools from the point of view of teachers and managers. The research used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (120) teachers and principals in Qatari private schools. The researcher applied a questionnaire consisting of (29) paragraphs. The results showed that distance education affects the sustainability of education in light of the Corona crisis in Qatari private schools from the viewpoint of teachers and managers with a high degree, with an average of (3.70 out of 5), while the challenges and obstacles that were faced teachers and managers in employing distance learning in light of the Coronavirus crisis came with a medium degree, with an average of (3.52 out of 5). The finding revealed that one of the main challenges is the difficulty in finding a suitable time to work from home, and lack of conviction about the effectiveness of distance education in achieving the objectives of the educational process. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the study sample individuals about the effect of employing remote education on the sustainability of education in light of the Corona crisis in private schools is due to the variable of gender, while there were statistically significant differences according to the job title in favor of the teachers’ category, as well as statistically significant differences according to the variable number of years of experience, in favor of the category (From 3- less than 5 years), versus those with experience (less than 3 years). The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses for teachers and administrators to enhance the employment of distance education systems and raise their level of readiness to deal with any future challenges or crises that could affect the education sector. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر توظيف التعليم عن بعد على استدامة التعليم في ظل أزمة كورونا وتحديات توظيفه في المدارس الخاصة القطرية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (120) معلمًا ومديراً في المدارس الخاصة القطريّة، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (29) فقرة، وقد بينت النتائج أن التعليم عن بعد يؤثر على استدامة التعليم في ظل أزمة كورونا في المدارس الخاصة القطرية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء بدرجة مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.70 من 5)، في حين جاءت التحديات والعقبات التي واجهت المعلمين والمدراء في توظيف التعلم عن بعد في ظل أزمة فيروس كورونا بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.52 من 5)، وأن من أبرز التحديات صعوبة العثور على وقت مناسب للعمل من المنزل، وعدم الاقتناع بمستوى فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية. كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة البحث حول أثر توظيف التعليم عن بعد على استدامة التعليم في ظل أزمة كورونا في المدارس الخاصة القطرية تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، في حين وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً للمسمى الوظيفي، لصالح فئة المعلمين، وكذلك وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح أصحاب الفئة (من 3 – أقل من 5 سنوات)، مقابل أصحاب الخبرة (أقل من 3 سنوات). وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين والمدراء لتعزيز توظيف أنظمة التعليم عن بعد، ورفع مستوى جاهزيتهم للتعامل مع أية تحديات أو أزمات مستقبلية يُمكن أن تؤثر على قطاع التعليم. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم عن بعد، أزمة فيروس كورونا، استدامة التعليم، قطر
