فاعلية برنامج تدريبي يستند إلى أسلوبي التعلم المتمازج والتلعيب في اكتساب المعرفة وتطبيق مهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين التدريسية لدى معلمي الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي

The goal of the research is showing the efficacy of a training program build on the two methods of blended learning and gamification in acquiring the teaching skills imposed by the 21st century among mathematics teachers who work in basic education. Therefore, the study sought to apply the semi-experimental curriculum to a group of (28) teachers who teach mathematics in Al-Nasser Modern Private Schools in Amman during the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020. To this end, a training program was built, knowledge test, and a note card were prepared. The study concluded that there is a significant difference between the average scores of teachers in the applications of both the observational card and the cognitive test before and afterwards, due to the designed program. هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى أسلوبي التعلم المتمازج والتلعيب في اكتساب المعرفة وتطبيق مهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين لدى معلمي الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتألفت العينة من (28) معلماً من المعلمين العاملين في مدارس الناصر الحديثة بعمان، والذين يدرِّسون مادة الرياضيات خلال الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي 2019/2020، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء برنامج تدريبي وإعداد اختبار معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكل من بطاقة الملاحظة والاختبار المعرفي، يعود لصالح البرنامج التدريبي. الكلمات المفتاحية: معلمو الرياضيات، برنامج تدريبي، التعلم بالتلعيب، مهارات القرن 21، التعلم المتمازج.
