المعلم العصري وتحديات القرن الواحد والعشرين

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن كيفية إعداد المعلم في ظل تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين وكيف يمكنه مواجهتها؟ وتقوم الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي لرصد الواقع الحالي لإعداد المعلم والتحديات التي تواجهه في القرن الحادي والعشرين وكيف نهيئ المعلم في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني من حيث المهارات والكفاءات اللازمة لذلك المجال حتى يستطيع المعلم مواجهة تلك التحديات والمستحدثات المستجدة في العصر الحديث. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية إعداد المعلم في مختلف التخصصات الإعداد الكافي سواء أكان ذلك قبل الخدمة أم في أثنائها، وأن وظيفة المعلم تتغير بتغير الحياة المعاصرة ومتطلباتها ومن ثم عليه مواءمة هذه المتغيرات من أجل بناء جيل جديد، حيث إن معايير الحكم على مستوى التعليم في أية دولة هو مستوى برامج إعداد المعلم وتدريبه وهذا يتطلب إعدادا شاملا للمعلم خاصة مع التوسع الهائل في حجم المعرفة العلمية والإنسانية، واستنادا للنتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة مواكبة المعلم لكل جديد في مجاله سواء على المستوى العلمي أو المهني، واكتساب بعض المهارات والكفايات التي تساعده على مواكبة تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: إعداد المعلم – تحديات العصر – المهارات التدريسية – الكفايات التربوية – التعليم الالكتروني.
