دور مسرح الدمى في تنمية الجوانب الشخصية لدى طلاب المرحلة الأساسية من وجهة نظر معلميهم في الأردن

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لدور مسرح الدمى في تنمية الجوانب الشخصية (المعرفية، الاجتماعية) في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة؛ حيث تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (21) فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما: المجال المعرفي والمجال الاجتماعي، تم تطبيقها على جميع مجتمع الدراسة وهم معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس لواء الشونة الجنوبية، والبالغ عددهم (112) معلما ومعلمة، في الفصل الدراسي الأول 2019/ 2020، وأظهرت النتائج ما يلي: – أن تصورات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لأثر استخدام استراتيجية مسرح الدمى في تنمية الجوانب المعرفية جاء مرتفعاً وبدرجة كبيرة. – أن تصورات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لأثر استخدام استراتيجية مسرح الدمى في تنمية الجوانب الاجتماعية جاء مرتفعاً وبدرجة كبيرة.  واستنادا للنتائج قدم الباحث العديد من التوصيات أهمها، الاهتمام باستخدام استراتيجية مسرح الدمى في مناهج التدريس، تدريب المعلمين على استخدام استراتيجية مسرح الدمى. وإجراء العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث في مراحل دراسية مختلفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مسرح الدمى، الجوانب الشخصية، الجانب المعرفي، الجانب الاجتماعي.

The study aimed to identify the perceptions of primary stage teachers for the effect of using the puppet theater strategy in developing personal aspects (cognitive, social) in Jordan. The study population consisted of all primary school teachers in the southern Shouna schools, and the whole community of (112) teachers was taken in the first semester 2019/2020, and the researcher used the descriptive method to suit the nature of the study and the results showed what Follows: – The perceptions of primary teachers of the impact of the use of the puppet theater strategy in the development of cognitive aspects was high and significantly. – The perceptions of primary school teachers of the impact of using the puppet theater strategy in the development of social aspects has been high and significantly. In the results, the researcher made several recommendations The most important of them are: – Carrying out many studies and researches in different academic stages. – Attention to using the puppet theater strategy in the curriculum. – Training teachers to use the puppet theater strategy.
