درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية لواء ماركا في محافظة عمان- الأردن

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في لواء ماركا في محافظة عمان- الأردن, وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وقامت بتطوير مقياس تنيرة (2016) وبما يتناسب مع الدراسة الحالية, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (42) مديراً ومديرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي, وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات مثل: تزويد المدارس الحكومية بوسائل ومصادر تعليمية لمساعدة المعلمين في تحقيق أهداف رعاية الطلبة الموهوبين، وتنفيذ برامج توعوية للإدارات المدرسية بهدف التركيز على دعم الطلبة الموهوبين وتحفيزهم وتوجيههم للمشاركة الفاعلة في الأنشطة المدرسية في المجتمع الخارجي، ومنح الإدارة المدرسية الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للطلبة الموهوبين والمبدعين في مجالات الأنشطة المدرسية الداخلية والخارجية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المدرسية، الطلبة الموهوبين.

The aim of the study is to reveal the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students from the head masters’ point of view in public schools in the directorate of Marka in Amman- Jordan. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and developed (Tnyra) scale (2016) to match the current study. The results showed the degree of interest of school administration to talented students was positive average degree and indicated that there were statically significant differences in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the sex variable and to the female. The absence of individual differences of statically significance in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the variable of scientific qualifications. According to this study the researcher presented a set of recommendations, as: supply the public schools by teaching tools to help teachers in a achieving talents students goals, and implementation of awareness programs for school administrations with the aim of focusing on supporting talented students and encouraging them to participate in active school activities in the outside community, also giving school management material and moral incentives for talented and creative students in the areas of school outside and inside activities.
