درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة المفرق للإدارة الإلكترونية

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة المفرق للإدارة الإلكترونية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء أداة للدراسة “الاستبانة”، تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من (128) مديراً ومديرة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة المفرق للإدارة الإلكترونية مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.80 من 5)، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0. 05) في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة المفرق للإدارة الإلكترونية تعزى للجنس ولصالح الإناث. وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات.  الكلمات المفتاحية: درجة ممارسة. مديري المدارس الحكومية. محافظة المفرق. الإدارة الإلكترونية

The study aimed at revealing the degree of practice of public school principals in Al-Mafraq governorate for electronic management. The researcher used the descriptive approach. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher built a tool for the study “questionnaire. ” The questionnaire was distributed to 128 managers and managers. The degree of practicing public school principals in Mafraq governorate for electronic management is high and with an average of (3. 80). Also, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α 0. 05 0. 05) in the degree of practice of the principals in Mafraq governorate for electronic management.
