أسباب غياب الطلاب والطالبات في الأسبوع الأخير من الدراسة وقبل وبعد كل إجازة في محافظة أبها.

هدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على أسباب الغياب وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها ومعرفة أسباب مشكلة ظاهرة غياب الطلاب والطالبات قبل وبعد الإجازات والاختبارات وكذلك التعرف على مبرراتها في محافظة أبها، ولقد استخدم الأسلوب الإحصائي من خلال بناء استبانة طبقت على عينة مكونة من (550) طالب وطالبة، ومن خلال البحث تبين أن من أهم دواعي الغياب المتكرر يعود إلى أسباب تعود للأسرة وأسباب تعود للمعلم والمعلمة، وأن هذه هي الأسباب الموجبة للغياب تتمحور في عوامل متعلقة بالبيئة المدرسية والأسرية وكذلك عوامل تتعلق بذات الطالب والطالبة أيضاً عوامل اجتماعية. وفي ضوء النتائج تم وضع بعض التوصيات والحلول المقترحة لمشكلة ظاهرة غياب الطلاب والطالبات قبل وبعد الإجازات والاختبارات التي من أهمها: الاهتمام بالأسبوع الأخير من الدراسة والتركيز فيه على ما يحقق الفائدة، وتقديم الحوافز المناسبة لاستثارة دافعية الطلاب والطالبات للحضور وتحديد المكافآت التي تترتب على حضورهم، والعقوبات التي تنتج عن عدم دوامهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: تعليم – غياب – إجازة – اختبار – طلبة – مدرسة.

The purpose of this research is to identify the causes of absence and find the appropriate solutions to them and to know the reasons for the problem of the absence of students before and after the holidays and tests and to identify the justifications in Abha governorate. The statistical method was used by building a questionnaire applied to a sample of 550 students, The study found that the most important reasons for repeated absence are due to the reasons for the family and the reasons for the teacher, and that these reasons for absence centered on the factors related to the school environment and family as well as factors related to the same student and student also social factors.  In the light of the results, some recommendations and proposed solutions have been inferred for the problem of the absence of students before and after the holidays and tests, the most important of which are: attention to the last week of the study and focus on what benefits, and provide appropriate incentives to motivate students to attend and determine the rewards that result from their presence.
