هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المشرفات التربويات في تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا في ضوء رؤية 2030، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة، تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (160) معلمة من معلمات الصفوف الأولية، بعد المعالجة الاحصائية أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود دور للمشرفات في تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا، حيث جاءت مهارات (إدارة المهارات الحياتية، إدارة قدرات الطلاب، دعم الاقتصاد المعرفي، إدارة تكنولوجيا التعليم)، بدرجة انطباق (متوسطة) وجاءت مهارات (إدارة فن التعليم، إدارة منظومة التقويم) بدرجة انطباق (كبيرة). الكلمات المفتاحية: المشرفات التربويات، مهارات القرن 21، معلمات الصفوف الأولية، رؤية 2030.
The role of educational supervisors in improving twenty first skills of primary grades teachers and the impact of this on achieving Vision 2030 in Jeddah city

The study aimed to identify the role of educational supervisors in the development of higher thinking skills in the light of Vision of 2030 for the sample of the study, which included (160) teachers of the primary grades. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. After statistical processing the result showed that there is a role of educational supervisors in the development of higher thinking skills where (life skills management, student competencies management, knowledge economy support, education technology management have obtained medium degree of applicability) whereas the skill of the art of education management, management of the evaluation system have reached a high degree of applicability.
