خطة مقترحة لتعزيز دور القيادة المدرسية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري – دراسة نوعية –

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في الأمن الفكري، والخطة المقترحة لتعزيز دور القيادة المدرسية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري من خلال تفاعلها مع هيئة حقوق الإنسان ووحدة التوعية الفكرية ومن خلال المواقع الالكترونية، باستخدام تحليل الوثائق ومما ورد في تلك الخطة؛ تخطيط برامج الأمن الفكري وفق الاحتياجات المستجدة للمجتمع المدرسي بما يسهم في مواجهة التحدي التقني الهائل والانفتاح العالمي على الثقافات المختلفة، ووضع برامج إرشادية تسعى لاستثمار المصادر المختلفة في البيئة المدرسية لرفع ميزانيتها تجدد كل 5 سنوات مبنية على الخطة الاقتصادية للدولة ضمن رؤية 2030، وكذلك تفعيل قنوات التواصل بين إدارة المدرسة الثانوية ووحدة التوعية الفكرية لتوضيح دورهم في نشر ثقافة الأمن الفكري في المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المدرسية، الأمن الفكري، خطة مقترحة، تحليل SWOT.

The aim of this research is to identify the factors influencing intellectual security and the proposed plan to enhance the role of the school leadership in achieving intellectual security through its interaction with the human rights body and the intellectual awareness unit and through the websites through the analysis of documents and the contents of that plan; Emerging to the school community to contribute to meet the enormous technical challenge and the global openness to different cultures And the establishment of guidance programs that seek to invest various resources in the school environment to raise its budget every 5 years, based on the economic plan of the State within Vision 2030, as well as activate channels of communication between the secondary school administration and the unit of intellectual awareness to clarify their role in spreading the culture of intellectual security in society.
