مستوى مهارات مدير المدرسة كمشرف مقيم في مدارس مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الكرك 

This study aimed to identify the level of skills of the school principal as a supervisor residing in the schools of directorates of education in Karak governorate. The study sample consisted of 142 managers and managers. Followed by (the school curriculum) in the first place and at a high level, came after (administrative and financial) in second place and at an average level and then came after (professional growth of teachers) in the third place and the average level, and then came after (evaluation of school work) Fourth, at an average level, while “student affairs” came last and at an average level. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the members of the study sample towards the level of skills of the school principal as a resident supervisor in the schools of the governorates of Karak governorate due to the gender variable and the females benefit, and differences in experience for the benefit of the longest experience. The study recommended that school principals should take care of developing themselves and follow up on educational developments, developments related to their role as resident supervisors, increasing attention to training courses for school principals and introducing them to new developments in education, especially in the field of school administration. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى مهارات مدير المدرسة كمشرف مقيم في مدارس مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الكرك، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة طبقية بلغت (142) مديراً ومديرة، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى مهارات مدير المدرسة كمشرف مقيم في مدارس مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الكرك جاء حيث جاء بعد (المنهاج المدرسي) في المرتبة الأولى وبمستوى مرتفع، وجاء بعد (الشؤون الإدارية والمالية) في المرتبة الثانية وبمستوى متوسط وبعد ذلك جاء بعد (النمو المهني للمعلمين) في المرتبة الثالثة وبمستوى متوسط، ومن ثم جاء بعد (تقويم العمل المدرسي) في المرتبة الرابعة وبمستوى متوسط، في حين جاء بعد (شؤون الطلبة) في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمستوى متوسط. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مستوى مهارات مدير المدرسة كمشرف مقيم في مدارس مديريات محافظة الكرك تُعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وفروق في الخبرة لصالح الخبرة الأطول، وفروق في المؤهل لصالح المؤهل الأعلى. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مديري المدارس بتطوير أنفسهم ومتابعة المستجدات التربوية، والمستجدات المتعلقة بدورهم كمشرفين مقيمين، وزيادة الاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية لمديري المدارس، وتعريفهم بالمستجدات الجديدة في التعليم وخاصة في مجال الإدارة المدرسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مهارات – مدير – المدرسة – مشرف.
