هدف البحث الحالي الى قياس التفاعل بين أنماط الدعم وأساليب التصميم البصري ببيئة تدريب إلكتروني وأثره في تنمية مهارات إنتاج المحتوى الرقمي المعزز للمعاقين سمعياً والاتجاه نحو الرقمنة، و لتحقيق هدف البحث اتبع الباحثان المنهج شبه التجريبي وتمثلت عينتي البحث من معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (المعاقين سمعياً) عددهم 60 معلما ومعلمه، تم تقسيمهم حسب أسلوب التصميم البصري، 30 معلم أسلوب تصميم بصرى ثابت، ومن ثم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، حسب نمط الدعم التعليمي القائم على نمط الدعم (المعلوماتي 15 معلم – الإجرائي 15 معلم)، 30 معلم أسلوب تصميم بصرى متحرك، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، حسب نمط الدعم القائم على الدعم (المعلوماتي 15 معلم – الإجرائي 15 معلم)، ، وقام الباحثان بإعداد أدوات البحث التالية ( الاختبار التحصيلي المرتبط بالمحتوى المقدم- مقياس الاتجاه نحو الرقمنة- بطاقة تقييم المنتج للمحتوى الرقمي المعزز للمعاقين سمعياً)، و من أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث الأثر إيجابي لاستخدام أنماط الدعم وأساليب التصميم البصري ببيئة تدريب إلكتروني والتكامل بين ارتفاع مستوى التحصيل المعرفي وارتفاع مستوى مهارات إنتاج المحتوى الرقمي المعزز للمعاقين سمعياً، ويوصي البحث بأهمية التركيز على المهارات الأدائية لتدريب معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وملاحظة تنفيذها لما لها من أهمية لهم بعد ذلك. في تدريب الطلبة المعاقين سمعيا على استخدام أدوات التفاعل المناسبة في التعلم القائم على تقنيات الواقع المعزز للحصول على التعلم الإلكتروني الذي يتناسب وخصائص تعلمهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: أنماط الدعم الإلكتروني، التصميم البصري، المحتوى الرقمي المعزز، الاتجاه نحو الرقمنة، الطلاب المعاقين سمعياُ.
