تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الجامعي للجامعات السعودية في ضوء الإدارة الرشيقة

Abstract: The current research aims to develop a proposed vision for developing the university performance of Saudi universities under lean management, by highlighting the global models of lean management that have contributed to raising the efficiency of university performance and increasing their competitiveness. The descriptive analytical method was used. The research presented recommendations, the most prominent of which is that Saudi universities seek to adopt modern administrative methods that will maximize the added value of university operations by eliminating waste and continuous improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to choose qualified leaders who are convinced of the importance of continuous development and improvement, and who work to overcome the obstacles and difficulties facing the application of lean management in universities, with the aim of achieving a competitive advantage for Saudi universities and developing them. The performance of its employees, and achieving its desired vision and goals.

المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الجامعي للجامعات السعودية في ضوء الادارة الرشيقة، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على النماذج العالمية للإدارة الرشيقة التي ساهمت في رفع كفاءة الأداء الجامعي وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت نتائج البحث القيام بتصميم تصور مقترح يسعى إلى توجيه آراء متخذي القرار إلى أهمية تفعيل الإدارة الرشيقة بالجامعات السعودية لتقليل الهدر بكافة أنواعه، مما سيكون له أثر إيجابي على قدرة الجامعة على مواجهة التغيرات والتطورات بكفاءة وفعالية. وقدم البحث توصيات من أبرزها أن تسعى الجامعات السعودية لتبني مداخل إدارية حديثة من شأنها تعظيم القيمة المضافة للعمليات بالجامعة من خلال القضاء على الهدر والتحسين المستمر؛ لذا لابد من اختيار القيادة المؤهلة والتي تمتلك القناعة بأهمية التطوير والتحسين المستمر، وتعمل على تجاوز المعوقات والصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة في الجامعات، بهدف تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للجامعات السعودية، وتطوير أداء العاملين فيها، وتحقيق رؤيتها، وأهد افها المنشودة.
