العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح المُبادَرات المدرسية التربوية الناجحة من وجهة نظر بعض المعلمات المُبادِرات في ثلاث مديريات بمدينة غزة

Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify factors affecting the success of educational school initiatives, the procedures used by teachers in implementing their educational initiatives, to identify and to highlight the challenges faced by implementing teachers to educational school initiatives from their point of view. The study used the qualitative curriculum (case study) to understand educational initiatives in schools, where the qualitative data were collected through (4) in-depth interviews with secondary-level teachers who carried out educational initiatives in their schools in the (West Gaza-East Gaza-Northern Gaza (. Those who were chosen by the purposeful inspection method. The results of the study showed that the implementation of educational initiatives depended on advance planning, identification of the beneficiary group and specific procedures for the initiative, and the availability of dissemination mechanisms for the initiative, and that there were points of support for educational initiatives that came from the personal qualities of the initiators, the family, the school administration and the Ministry of Education and its departments. The challenges to implementing educational initiatives are administrative, material, logistical, student and colleague challenges, and community challenges.

The study recommended that schools should be provided with manuals and models for successful initiatives in Arab and foreign countries. Initiatives are being educated as an independent theme in education and training programs for managers and teachers.

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرّف على العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح المبادرات المدرسية التربوية والإجراءات التي تستخدمها المعلمات في تنفيذ مبادراتهن التربوية، وإبراز التحديات التي واجهت المعلمات المنفذات للمبادرات المدرسية التربوية من وجهة نظرهن. واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج النوعي الكيفي (دراسة حالة) وذلك لفهم المبادرات التربوية في المدارس، حيث جمعت البيانات النوعية من خلال عقد (4) مقابلات معمقة مع معلمات في المرحلة الثانوية نفذن مبادرات تربوية في مدارسهن في مديريات (غرب غزة – شرق غزة – شمال غزة)، واللواتي تم اختيارهن بطريقة المعاينة الهادفة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تنفيذ المبادرات التربوية يعتمد على التخطيط المسبق وتحديد الفئة المستفيدة من المبادرة، وتوفر آليات نشر وتعميم للمبادرة، وأن هناك نقاط دعم نجاح للمبادرات التربوية تأتي من صفات شخصية للمبادِر، والأسرة، وإدارة المدرسة، ووزارة التربية والتعليم والمديريات التابعة لها، كما توصلت لوجود تحديات عند تنفيذ المبادرات التربوية جاءت بمحاور إدارية، مادية ولوجستية، وتحديات متعلقة بالزملاء، وتحديات مجتمعية. واستنادا للنتائج فقد أوصت الباحثتان بضرورة تزويد المدارس بأدلّة ونماذج للمبادرات الناجحة في الدول العربية والأجنبية، وتدريس المبادرات كموضوع مستقل في برامج التعليم والتدريب للمديرين والمعلمين.
