أثر المساءلة التربوية في أداء المعلمين بمدارس ولاية بوشر في سلطنة عمان

Abstract: The current study aimed to know the impact of educational accountability on the performance of teachers in the schools of the state of Bowsher in the Sultanate of Oman. Computer conducted the questionnaire, and the results of the study showed a positive correlation between the application of accountability and the high performance of teachers. The study recommended the need to develop academic courses in colleges of education related to educational accountability. The researchers also suggested conducting a study on educational governance in light of the Oman 2040 vision, and studying the role of the Omani Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education in pushing the educational sector to activate accountability and accountability.

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أثر المساءلة التربوية في أداء المعلمين بمدارس ولاية بوشر بسلطنة عمان، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، والتي تكونت من أربعة محاور، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (24) مدير مدرسة ومديرا مساعدا، وتم معالجة البيانات المستخلصة من الاستبانة عن طريق الحاسوب، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين تطبيق المساءلة وبين ارتفاع أداء المعلمين. أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير مساقات أكاديمية في كليات التربية ذات صلة بالمساءلة التربوية، كما أقترح الباحثون إجراء دراسة حول الحوكمة التربوية في ظل رؤية عٌمان 2040، ودراسة دور الهيئة العمانية للاعتماد الأكاديمي وضمان جودة التعليم في دفع القطاع التربوي لتفعيل المحاسبة والمساءلة.
