Flexibility to deal with complaints submitted by auditors and work to solve them, as well as the commitment of the facilities management operating in the charitable sector to flexibility in the organizational structure to suit With the requirements of quality, which contributes to expanding the scope of supervision and work according to empowerment and administrative authorization, and finally the research recommends solving the problems of employees working in the facilities of the charitable sector and activating their role. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة ودورها في تحسين أداء منشآت القطاع الخيري في منطقة عسير بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة؛ تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (297) من العاملين في منشآت القطاع الخيري. وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج من أهمها: أنه يتم تطبيق أبعاد استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة (التركيز على المستفيد، التزام القيادة بالجودة، مشاركة العاملين) بدرجة مرتفعة، وبنسبة مئوية (83.52%، 81.48%، 81%) للأبعاد الثلاثة على الترتيب، كما وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى تحسين الأداء لدى العاملين في منشآت القطاع الخيري في منطقة عسير جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وبنسبة مئوية (73.73%)، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة (التركيز على المستفيد، التزام القيادة بالجودة، مشاركة العاملين) وتحسين أداء منشآت القطاع الخيري في منطقة عسير، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثون بضرورة قيام منشآت القطاع الخيري بمتابعة الشكاوى من خلال تقديم المرونة اللازمة للتعامل مع الشكاوى المقدمة من قبل المراجعين والعمل على حلها، كذلك التزام إدارة المنشآت العاملة في القطاع الخيري بالمرونة في الهيكل التنظيمي ليتلاءم مع متطلبات الجودة مما يساهم في توسيع نطاق الإشراف والعمل وفق التمكين والتفويض الإداري، وأخيراً التوصية بحل مشكلات الموظفين العاملين في منشآت القطاع الخيري وتفعيل دورهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجودة، الجودة الشاملة، القطاع الخيري.
