بناء مقياس جودة الحياة لدى المعلمين والمعلمات العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية

This study aimed at builing a life quality scale for teachers working in the Jordanian Ministry of Education. This study was conducted in schools affiliated with the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in this study, and the scale of the study was built then its validity and reliability were confirmed and applied on the study sample, which involved 1780 teachers who were selected by random cluster method from six directorates of education Distributed in three regions, and the results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of life quality attributed to the variable of the region and in favor of the central and northern regions. The research came out with several recommendations, most notably the re- application of the scale to other categories, knowing its validity and stability, and the derivation of its criteria. هدف هذا البحث لبناء مقياس جودة الحياة للمعلمين والمعلمات العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. حيث تم اجراء هذه الدراسة في المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، وقام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، كما تم بناء مقياس الدراسة والتأكد من صدقه وثباته وتطبيقه على عينة الدراسة التي بلغت 1780 معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية من ست مديريات تربية وتعليم موزعة على ثلاثة أقاليم، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة الحياة تًعزى لمتغير الإقليم ولصالح إقليمي الوسط والشمال، وقد خرج البحث بعدة توصيات، من أبرزها إعادة تطبيق المقياس على فئات أخرى، ومعرفة صدقه وثباته، واشتقاق معاييره. الكلمات المفتاحية: مقياس، جودة الحياة، المعلمين والمعلمات، وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية.
