الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة المرحلة الأساسية العليا في التّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطلبة في تربية بني كنانة في الأردن

The purpose of this study was to identify the difficulty of distance learning at the High Basic Level According to the Gender and Class Variables in Light of the Corona Pandemic in Directorate of Education/ Bani Kenana Metropolitan as perceived by students. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by constructing a questionnaire which consists of (37) items, that consisted of two main areas, which are difficulty to technical technologies and infrastructure for remote e-learning, and between the level of student interaction for e-learning via the google docs, due to the difficulty of reaching school students due to the Corona pandemic. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the estimates of the study sample individuals. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the estimates of the study sample individuals for the difficulty of technical technologies and the e-learning infrastructure distance, and the level of student interaction for e-learning via distance. In addition to the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the study sample’s estimates of the difficulty to distance learning at the high basic level according to the gender and class variables in Light of the Corona Pandemic in Directorate of Education/ Bani Kenana Metropolitan as perceived by students, the study recommended improving the work of the Darsak platform in cooperation with teachers from within the field, and conducting studies on continuity of work through learning and e-learning from a distance and that each school has its own platform. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم صعوبات تطبيق التّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد في المرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وسبل الحد منها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، ولتحقيق ذلك؛ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث استخدم استبانة مكونة من (37) عبارة، وتكونت من مجالين رئيسيين هما صعوبات التقنيات الفنية والبنية التحتية للتّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد والمجال الثاني مستوى تفاعل الطلبة للتّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد وتم توزيع الاستبانة من خلال تطبيق (جوجل دوكس) لصعوبة الوصول للطلبة بسبب جائحة كورونا. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لصعوبات التقنيات الفنية والبنية التحتية للتّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد، ومستوى تفاعل الطلبة للتّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد. اضافة لعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لصعوبات التّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد في المرحلة الأساسية العليا تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والصف في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطلبة في تربية بني كنانة في الأردن. وقد اوصت الدراسة بتحسين عمل منصة درسك بالتعاون مع المعلمين من داخل الميدان وعقد ورشات عمل للمعلمين والمعلمات عن طرق التعامل مع التّعلُّم الإلكتروني عن بُعد وتوجيه رسائل إرشادية للطلبة عبر مختلف الوسائل توضح أهمية التّعلُّم الإلكتروني وطريقة التعامل مع المنصة وان يكون لكل مدرسة منصة خاصة بها يستطيع من خلالها المعلم التواصل مع طلبته ويكون التفاعل أكثر بين الطلبة والمعلمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: صعوبات التّعلُّم الإلكتروني، جائحة فيروس كورونا.
