التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بالحاجات النفسية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة القنفذة بالمملكة العربية السعودية

The research aimed to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and psychological needs of high school students in Al-Qunfudhah, and to verify the existence of an effect of the school stage on psychological compatibility and psychological needs, the study sample consisted (251) students in the high stage school in Al-Qunfudhah, the researcher used the psychological compatibility scale and the psychological needs scale (the researcher’s preparation), and the researcher relied on his study on the relational descriptive approach, the results of the study resulted in the following: There is a positive correlation between the degrees of study sample in the psychological compatibility scale in all its dimensions. The results also showed that there were differences between the sample members on the dimensions of the psychological needs scale and the dimensions of psychological compatibility according to the specialty (scientific – literary). Based on these results, the researcher recommends that its important to training students to seek psychological support in case he feels incompatible in any of the areas of compatibility, as well as to training teachers and student guides on modern methods of supporting students with a disorder of psychological compatibility. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي والحاجات النفسية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالقنفذة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتحقق من وجود علاقة بين التوافق النفسي والحاجات النفسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة (251) طالبا بالمرحلة الثانوية بالقنفذة، استخدم الباحثون مقياس التوافق النفسي ومقياس الحاجات النفسية (إعداد الباحثين)، واعتمد الباحثون في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن التالي: توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة في مقياس التوافق النفسي بكل أبعاده، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة على أبعاد مقياس الحاجات النفسية وأبعاد التوافق النفسي وفقا للتخصص (علمي– أدبي). وبناءً على هذه النتائج، يوجد تأثير دال إحصائيا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية (المرحلة الأولي–المرحلة الثانية– المرحلة الثالثة) على تباين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الحاجات النفسية يوصي الباحث بتدريب الطلاب على طلب الدعم النفسي في حالة شعوره بعدم التوافق في أي مجال من مجالات التوافق، وكذا تدريب المعلمين والمرشدين الطلابيين على الأساليب الحديثة في دعم الطلاب ذوي اضطراب التوافق النفسي.. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوافق النفسي–الحاجات النفسية– طلاب المرحلة الثانوية.
