The degree of the contribution of the Jordanian Teachers Union in achieving job security for its employees from the point of view teachers in Ajloun Governorate

This study aimed at identifying the degree of conhibrions of teachers union in achieving job security for its employees from teachers, point of view in Ajloun governorate. Particularly, teachers, eshmalions were assessed based on teachers (gender, educational stage, type of school). The simple random sample of the study consisted of (380). A Descriptive survey method was adapted. TO achieve the study goals, the researcher designed a questionnaire to collect the data needed. The results of the study showed that the degree of contributions of teachers union in achieving job security for its employees from teachers, point of view in Ajloun governorate was moderate. Furthers, move the results indicated that there was no effect in the teachers, eshmations due to the study for the variables (gender, educational stage, type of school).In the high of lhesc results , the researcher recommended that teachers union should participate with the ministry of Education to achieve the goals and the aspirations of the union in serving educational system in the Hashemite kingdom of ford an and spreading the culture of union work, also caring for its associated teachers in private and public schools in all governorates.  Keywords: Jordanian Teachers Union, Security for its employees, Ajloun Governorate.

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة تعرّف درجة إسهامات نقابة المعلمين الأردنية في تحقيق الأمن الوظيفي لمنتسبيها من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة عجلون ومعرفة أثر المتغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة التعليمية، نوع المدرسة) في تقديرات المعلمين في درجة ممارسة مديريهم تلك المعايير، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة؛ تم توزيعها على عينة من (380) معلما ومعلمة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة إسهامات نقابة المعلمين الأردنية في تحقيق الأمن الوظيفي لمنتسبيها من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة عجلون جاءت متوسطة، وعدم وجود أثر لمتغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة التعليمية، نوع المدرسة) في تقديرات المعلمين، واوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشاركية نقابة المعلمين مع وزارة التربية والتعليم في تحقيق أهداف وتطلعات النقابة في خدمة المنظومة التعليمية في المملكة كافة، ونشر ثقافة العمل النقابي وزيادة الاهتمام بالمعلمين المنتسبين لها في كافة المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في كافة المحافظات.
