الصحة النفسية وأثرها على القضاة أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية – دراسة نفسية إحصائية –

The study aims to identify the mental health of the judges during the criminal proceedings in addition to the main factors that affect it. The descriptive analytical method was used depending on the analysis of variance as suitable tools to reach to the relevant results. The sample of the study consists of judges, where the number of (30) judges were randomly selected. The study tools were the mental health scale, interview and observation. The study reached the following results (I.e. all variables relations have been tested in a significance level 0.05): – There is a significant effect of the social status on the mental health of the judges during the course of criminal case. – There is no significant effect of the age on the mental health of the judges during the course of criminal case. – There is no significant effect of the years of experience on the mental health of judges during the course of criminal case. – There is a significant effect of the numbers of training courses received by judges on mental health during the course of criminal case. – the mental health of judges during the course of criminal case is low. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصحة النفسية للقضاة وأهم العوامل التي تؤثر عليها، وذلك أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية بولاية جنوب دارفور، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي معتمدين في ذلك على آلية تحليل التباين الأحادي كأداة للوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس الصحة النفسية والمقابلة والملاحظة، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من القضاة، بلغ عددهم (30) قاضيا، توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية:  – وجود أثر معنوي واضح عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية على الصحة النفسية للقضاة أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية.  –  لا يوجد أثر معنوي لمتغير العمر على الصحة النفسية للقضاة أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية.  – لا يوجد أثر معنوي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة على الصحة النفسية للقضاة أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية.  – وجود أثر معنوي لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية التي يتلقاها القضاة في المجال الجنائي على الصحة النفسية أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية. –  تتسم الصحة النفسية للقضاة أثناء سير الدعوى الجنائية بالانخفاض. وقد أوصى الباحثون بالاهتمام بالجانب التدريبي للقضاة بالإضافة إلى ضرورة إخضاع كل من يريد التقدم للالتحاق بمهنة القضاة إلى الفحص النفسي كشرط أساسي توجبه اخلاقيات المهنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة النفسية – الدعوى الجنائية – القضاة – ولاية جنوب دارفور.
