The study aims to determine the tasks of the middle school agent In Al-Kharj Governorate that he should perform from the point of view of middle school agents, principals, and school administration supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach. It was applied on a sample of (34) principals, agents and supervisors of middle schools in Al-Kharj governorate. and the tool was a questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that the The tool got an overall average (3.95 out of 5) with a significant verbal rating (large), and across the Fields; The Fields of importance got higher averages from the practice, where the importance of students’ tasks got the highest average (4.50, 4.03) for importance and practice respectively, i.e. a task of a (very large) degree practiced with a (large) degree, then the field of tasks related to teachers and school staff with an average of (4.11, 3.53), for importance and practice respectively, with a degree of appreciation (large) and finally, tasks related to students with an average (4.15, 3.40) for importance and practice respectively with a degree of importance (great), while practice with a degree of (medium); based on the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals to improve The performance of school agents in Al-Kharj and the whole Kingdom. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مهام وكيل المدرسة المتوسطة بمحافظة الخرج التي ينبغي أن يقوم بها من وجهة نظر وكلاء المدارس المتوسطة ومديريها ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية بمحافظة الخرج، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة؛ طُبقت على عينة من (34) من مديري ووكلاء ومشرفي المدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة الخرج، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة؛ حصل عموم الأداة على متوسط كلي (3.95 من 5) بتقدير لفظي مهمة بدرجة (كبيرة)، وعلى مستوى المجالات؛ حصلت مجالات الأهمية على متوسطات أعلى من الممارسة حيث حصل مجال أهمية المهام المتعلقة بالطلاب على أعلى متوسط (4.50، 4.03) للأهمية وللممارسة على التوالي، أي مهمة بدرجة (كبيرة جدا) وتمارس بدرجة (كبيرة)، ثم مجال المهام المتعلقة بالمعلمين وموظفي المدرسة بمتوسط (4.11، 3.53)، للأهمية والممارسة على التوالي، بدرجة تقدير (كبيرة) وأخيرا، المهام المتعلقة بالطلاب بمتوسط (4.15، 3.40) للأهمية والممارسة على التوالي بدرجة أهمية (كبيرة) فيما الممارسة بدرجة (متوسطة واستنادا لنتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لتحسين أداء وكلاء المدارس في محافظة الخرج وعموم المملكة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مهام وكلاء المدارس، مديروا المدارس، مشرفو الإدارة المدرسية. محافظة الخرج.
