تفعيل الشراكة بين جامعة الملك سعود ومركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي في ضوء التجارب الدولية 

This study aims to identify the reality of community partnership between King Saud University and King Salman Social Center from the perspective of the center staff, and it sought to explore the barriers of this partnership. It also aims to identify whether there are statically significant differences attributed to years of experience variable and to get a proper suggested proposal to activate the partnership in the light of international experience. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used the survey descriptive approach and a questionnaire. The study community consisted of the staff of King Salman Social Center in Riyadh city, in the year (1441/1442 H), who are 80 of female and male employees. The study sample was represented in a random sample of (41) of the center staff. The study concluded a group of results: The study sample agrees with “medium degree” on “the reality of partnership between King Saud University and King Salman Social Center from the perspective of the center staff”, Results also showed that the sample agrees with “medium degree” on “barriers of the partnership between King Saud University and King Salman Social Center from the perspective of the center staff”, and that there are statically significant differences within means of study sample responses on the reality of partnership according to years of experience. Differences came in favor of those with three years of experience and less.  Keywords: Partnership, universities, community organizations. 

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة الملك سعود ومركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر منتسبي المركز، كما سعى البحث للكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من تفعيل الشراكة بينهما، وتقديم تصور مقترح مناسب لتفعيل الشراكة بين جامعة الملك سعود ومركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي في ضوء التجارب العالمية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استُخدمت الاستبانة أداةً للبحث، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من منتسبي مركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي بمدينة الرياض في العام الدراسي 1441-1442ه والبالغ عددهم (80) موظفاً وموظفة، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تمثلت في عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (41) فردًا من منتسبي المركز. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ما يلي: أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة- منتسبي مركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي- موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على واقع الشراكة بين جامعة الملك سعود ومركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي، كما أنهم موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على معوقات الشراكة بين جامعة الملك سعود ومركز الملك سلمان الاجتماعي، وكشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو واقع الشراكة باختلاف سنوات الخبرة ولصالح فئة ثلاث سنوات فأقل.  الكلمات المفتاحية: الشراكة المجتمعية، الجامعات، مؤسسات المجتمع.
