الجامعات المنتجة تجارب وتوجهات عالمية وإقليمية: دراسة تحليلية

The current study aimed to define the concept of a productive university. He presented models and fields of work. And know the justifications for the transformation of producing universities. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: – Reconsidering the process of preparing students in the light of the changes that we live in our rapidly changing world and developments. – Opening windows and channels between the university and the community to find out about its contemporary issues and problems. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة. وعرض نماذج ومجالات عملها. ومعرفة مبررات التحول للجامعات المنتجة. وضع تصور مقترح للتحول نحو الجامعة المنتجة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الوثائقي، وأظهرت النتائج أن الجامعة المنتجة تسهم في الحد من البطالة، وتوفير الكوادر الوطنية الماهرة المدربة. وتحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستمرة والمستدامة للاقتصاد. وأنه يوجد في عالمنا العربي مصادر قوة تمكن الجامعات من التحول نحو نموذج الجامعة المنتجة. مثل: الدساتير والقوانين والقرارات السياسية والضغوط الدولية التي تدفع للتحول نحو نموذج الجامعة المنتجة. واستنادا للنتائج أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها:  – إعادة النظر في عملية إعداد الطلبة في ضوء المتغيرات التي نعيشها في عالمنا سريع التغير والمستجدات. – فتح نوافذ وقنوات بين الجامعة والمجتمع للوقوف على قضاياه ومشكلاته المعاصرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة المنتجة. البحث العلمي.
