درجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الدلم لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الدلم لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وطُبِّقت على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (640) وكيلة ومعلمة من جميع مدارس محافظة الدلم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد مثلت عينة الدراسة نحو (24%) من المجتمع الكلي. وتوصلت الدراسة لعددٍ من النتائج، أهمها: أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لإجابات المبحوثات على الفقرات التي تقيس درجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الدلم لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية “الهندرة” قد بلغ (3.51 من5)، ويمثل درجة تقدير متوسطة، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قيم المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة نحو فقرات أداة الدراسة المتعلقة بدرجة ممارسة القائدات لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية تبعاً لمتغير الوظيفة على الأداة ككل، وعلى الأبعاد الفرعية، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء المبحوثات حول ممارسة القائدات لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وفقاً لمتغير الخبرة على الأداة ككل وعلى المجالات الفرعية (التخطيط، والتنظيم، والاتصالات)، وكانت الفروق لصالح الفئة (أقل من 5 سنوات) على حساب الفئتين (من 5- أقل من 10 سنوات)، (10 سنوات فأكثر)، واستنادا للنتائج قدمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات، أهمها: عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية، من حيث: مفاهيمها وعملياتها، والعمل على نشر ثقافة التغيير في المجتمع المدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: إعادة هندسة العمليات، القيادات المدرسية، رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030.

The study aimed to identify “the degree of the practice of female leaders in public schools in Al-Delam governorate to the entrance to re-engineering administrative processes in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 203 vision”; to achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool applied to the study community consisting of (640) agents and teachers from all schools in Al-Dilam Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the study sample was represented by ( 24%) of the total society, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The results showed that the general arithmetic average of the respondents ’answers to the paragraphs that measure the degree of the leadership of public school leaders in Al-Dilam Governorate to the entrance to administrative engineering re-engineering“ Hindarah ”has reached (3.51) and represents an average degree of appreciation The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the values ​​of the arithmetic mean for the responses of the sample individuals towards the study tool paragraphs related to the degree of leadership practice for the entrance to re-engineering administrative processes according to the job variable on the tool as a whole and on the sub-dimensions, and the results also showed and There are statistically significant differences in the opinions of the respondents on the practice of female leaders in the approach to re-engineering administrative processes according to the variable of experience on the tool as a whole and on the sub-domains (planning, organization, and communications) and the differences were in favor of the category (less than 5 years) at the expense of the two categories (from 5-less) 10 years), (10 years or more).
