دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق معايير جودة التدريس من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مديرية تعليم منطقة الزرقاء بالأردن

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق معايير الجودة وضبطها في التدريس لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة تم توزيعها على عينة من (160) منهم (72) معلماً و(88) معلمة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق معايير الجودة وضبطها في التدريس حصل على متوسط كلي (3.71 من 5) أي بدرجة (مرتفعة) وعلى مستوى المجالات الثلاثة؛ حصل مجال معيار التخطيط على أعلى متوسط (4.85) يليه معيار تنفيذ الدروس بمتوسط (3.83) وكلاهما بتقدير (مرتفعة) وأخيراً معيار التقويم بمتوسط (3.56) وتقدير (متوسطة)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الخبرة لصالح الخبرة التدريسية أقل من (5) سنوات، واستنادا للنتائج تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات للحفاظ على معايير الجودة في التدريس وتحسين جودة التقييم في مدراس الزرقاء وعموم المملكة الأردنية والدول العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: دور الإدارة المدرسية. تطبيق معايير الجودة، معلمي التربية الإسلامية، منطقة الزرقاء. 

This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers Perspectives in the Directorate of Education in the Zarqa Region study sample consist of (72) male teachers and (88) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study,  The descriptive approach was used a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection;. The result showed that the level of the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers was High with (3.71) score the stander of planning gets the highest score with (4.85) degree then the stander of implementation the lesson was also high with(3.83) score finally the stander of evaluation was moderate with (3.56) score The finding also showed there is no statistically significant differences between the level of Islamic Education teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences refers to years of experience in favor of the five and less. – in light of these result there is set of recommendations and suggestion to maintain quality standards in teaching and to improve evaluation quality in Zarqa School and in the whole of the kingdom of Jordan and Arab countries.  Keywords: role of school principals,  applying quality standers,  Islamic Education teachers,  Zarqa region.
