شخصية الأسير الفلسطيني وفق نظرية العوامل الخمسة الكبرى وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العوامل المميزة لشخصية الأسير الفلسطيني وفق نظرية العوامل الخمس الكبرى، حيث طبق البحث على عينة قوامها 60 من الأسرى المحررين بصفقة الأحرار، واعتمد البحث في منهجيته على المنهج الوصفي، ومن أهم أدوات الدراسة المستخدمة: “مقياس العوامل الخمس الكبرى للشخصية”، من إعداد: كوستا وماكري، تعريب: بدر الأنصاري 1997، بهدف الكشف عن أكثر العوامل بروزا لدى شخصية الأسير المحرر وأثر متغير (مدة الاعتقال- وعمر الأسير) على تلك العوامل، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث على ما يلي: حصل عامل الطيبة على المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي عال، يليه يقظة الضمير ثم العصابية ثم الانبساطية ثم الصفاوة حيث كانت الصفاوة في آخر المراتب وأقل وزن نسبي في التحليل الاحصائي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الأسرى الفلسطينيين حول تأثير عمر الأسير على العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الأسرى الفلسطينيين حول تأثير مدة الاعتقال على العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثتان بالتالي: اجراء العديد من الدراسات حول الأسرى الفلسطينيين والتي تخدم قضيتهم، وعدم تجاهل احتياجات الأسرى المادية والمعنوية وضرورة المتابعة من قبل المختصين بالشأن، مع عقد العديد من البرامج التدريبية الارشادية التي تخدم الأسرى المحررين وتساعدهم في التكيف الايجابي مع المجتمع.  الكلمات المفتاحية: الشخصية، الأسير الفلسطيني، نظرية العوامل الخمسة الكبرى.
