استخدام ميكانيكا اللعب في الكشف عن الموهوبين في محافظة جدة وأثره في مستوى أداء الطلبة

هدفت هذه الورقة إلى دراسة استخدام ميكانيكا اللعب في الكشف عن للموهوبين في محافظة جدة وأثرها في مستوى أداء الطلبة. ومن ثم تسليط الضوء على أهمية استخدام التقنية في تطوير آلية الكشف عن الموهوبين، وقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج شبه تجريبي وهو منهج يبين أثر المتغير المستقل استخدم ميكانيكا اللعب (  Gamification) من خلال برنامج حاسوبي في المتغير التابع وهو  زيادة دافعية الطلبة وتحسن مستوى الأداء، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالبة ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدم أداتين أعدت لأغراض هذه الدراسة وهي استبانة للطالبة الموهوبة وتطبيق ميكانيكا اللعب من خلال برنامج حاسوبي (Gamification).  وتم تقسيم  العينة إلى مجموعتين (30) للمجموعة التجريبية و(30) للمجموعة الضابطة. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن قبول فرضية الدراسة القائلة بأنه ” توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = ≤α ) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تجريبي مشابه لمقياس الموهبة وتتجه تلك الفروق لصالح القياس البعدي.”، كما أظهرت النتائج فعالية عالية لاستخدام ميكانيكا اللعب في الكشف عن الموهوبين، حيث أن العينة حصلت على نتائج فورية بعد اتمام اللعبة مباشرة وكان مجموع نتائج اللعبة 100% حيث أن اجتياز اللعبة يتطلب الحصول على 60%، ولم يتم تسجيل أي طالبة حصلت على درجة أقل من 60 وهذا يعني أن جميع الطالبات اجتزن الحد الأدنى من الإجابات المطلوبة، وهذا يدل على التأثير الكبير لميكانيكا اللعب على مستوى الطالبات، وبناءً على النتائج اقترحت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات، أهمها: توسيع دائرة تطبيق مقياس ميكانيكا اللعب وفق الآلية المقترحة لمراحل ما قبل الدراسة، وتطبيق المقياس في مراكز تتوافر بها معايير مثل: البيئة الجاذبة، والتقنيات العالية، والكوادر البشرية المؤهلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ميكانيكا اللعب – الموهوبون – أداء الطلبة، جدة.

This paper aimed to study the use of play mechanics in the detection of talented in Jeddah province and its impact on the level of students’ performance. And then highlight the importance of using technology in the development of the talent detection mechanism. The researcher used a semi-experimental approach which shows the effect of the independent variable of using Gamification mechanics through a computer program in the dependent variable, which is to increase student motivation and improve performance. The study sample consisted of (30) students. To achieve the goals of study، two tools were used a questionnaire for the talented student and application of game mechanics through Gamification. The sample was divided into two groups (30) for the experimental group and (30) for the control group.  The results of the study revealed the acceptance of the study hypothesis that “there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = ≤α ) between the mean of the experimental group scores in the pre- and post-measurement of an experimental scale similar to the talent scale and those differences are in favor of the post measurement.”., and revealed the need for improvement in the mechanism of detection of traditional talented and the importance of using modern methods to meet the requirements of the twenty-first century، so as to maintain the psychological characteristics of students to scale and increase their motivation and then performance in a safe environment attractive. And based on the results, the study suggested a number of recommendations the most important of it  were: Expand the circle of the application of the scale of play mechanics according to the proposed mechanism for pre-study stages, and the application of the scale in centers that meet the criteria such as: attractive environment, high technologies, and qualified human cadres.
